So when Audi launched the new A3 Cabriolet this spring, we created a smart mobile ad to let people enjoy a test-drive in the sunshine.

Using live weather data and geo location, the ad recommended the perfect day to book a test-drive at a dealership nearest to you.

Everybody who booked through the ad got the best experience possible. A test-drive of the new A3 Cabriolet, roof down, in sunshine.

How it works

1. Intelligent media

The ad was placed where it had the strongest relevance to you.

2. Playful interaction

Using the native iPhone features (compass, time, GPS & gyroscope), the ad responded to your position in relation to the sun.

3. Hyper localised

Combining live weather data with geo location you could book a test drive on the next sunny day, at a showroom nearest to you.

4. Invite a friend

After you booked a test-drive the ad let you invite a friend along for the ride.
